Under the guidance of Urbaniahoeve, the Community of Praxis of the Amsterdam Zuidoost Food Forest samples and analyses the soils of the 55-hectare public food forest. This video documents the extensive soil and chromatogram archive resulting from their first sampling phase of the Amsterdam Zuidoost Food Forest soils.
